“Our miracle Rambo”
Last Friday the 12th of November our beautiful family fur baby Rambo escaped from his new located home.
That afternoon we noticed a few lovely people had posted on social media that they had spotted him in the community. My family rushed out searching all of Oxenford/Pacific Pines to try find him, only to be told of his location after 6hrs of trying he had run 15-20kms over near arundel/Helensvale where he was last seen.
But unfortunately we received that nerve racking phone call saying he had jumped over the Smith Street/ Gaven overpass onto the M1 which is about a 20m drop landing on the ground.
Many beautiful people stopped to help him inc a lady that had taken him to emergency vet in Carrara where he remains in ICU.
To my families relief the veterinarian had told us he’s such a strong boy and is alive. They had never heard of such a traumatic leap of faith with any chance of survival. Yet Our boy Rambo was so strong he beat the odds.
He’s having many many surgeries inc broken back femur, 2 broken front legs, broken teeth along with all the rest of costs having him treated and staying onsite. The total cost is going to be outrageous and we just want our darling boy to come home.
Any bit of help would really mean the world to us as we try and get our heads around it all.
We received endless phone calls and msgs within the community who had witnessed our Rambos dangerous adventure.
My family & I just want to Thankyou all so very much from the bottom of our hearts.
Please help our Boy come home ❤️
