Rambo is my 6-month-old cat, and I’m asking for help after a scary accident. My dad accidentally ran over Rambo’s leg, and when he started peeing blood, we rushed him to the emergency vet right away. We went in today and were told there’s a chance his leg can heal on its own over the next 6 weeks, but if there are complications, he may need an amputation.

Right now, the emergency vet bill is already $1,032. I’m not working at the moment, so keeping up with this has been really hard. I had to put the bill on a credit card and I’m trying to pay it off within a year. Rambo is our baby, and I just want to do what’s best for him and make sure he gets the care he needs.

Any support will help cover the bill we already have and the follow-up care ahead, including more X-rays to check his progress and any costs that come with an amputation if that becomes necessary. If Rambo does lose his leg, I also want to be able to get things that could help him adjust and stay comfortable, like a playpen for outside, a stroller, accommodating food bowls, a litter box setup, and even a wheelchair if he needs one.
