For the first time ever, the Toronto Youth Muslim Council and the Toronto Islamic Centre have come together to have a Ramadan sign available for the public at the heart of the city- right at Bay & Queen, next to Nathan Phillips Square! This is a historic moment for our community, bringing the spirit of Ramadan to one of Toronto’s most iconic intersections. It is a powerful symbol of recognition, unity, and celebration for the city’s diverse Muslim community. We hope that the Ramadan sign will bring awareness to the public of what Ramadan is, and its significance to Muslims.
