Ramadan Iftar Tent dedicated to earthquake victims

Tax deductible
Ramadan is a month of sharing and improving neighborhood bonds in the Islamic tradition.

This year we are dedicating our iftar to the earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria,
we hope with the spirit of Ramadan we can contribute however we can help ease the burden on those who were affected.

We will have charity sales and donation runs during our event.

Ramadan is an opportunity to strengthen ties with family and friends in the community.

This year, for the second time, Boston Youth Dialogue and Advocacy (BYDA) and Peace Islands Institute Boston (PII Boston)are organizing Ramadan Tent Gatherings in the heart of Boston in collaboration with the City of Cambridge. With your support and attendance last year, we have decided to extend the nights to three.

During this sacred time of the year, BYDA, PII Boston, and the City of Cambridge are setting up a tent to serve food to all members of our community regardless of their religious beliefs.

It will be a great opportunity where people from all cultural and religious backgrounds to interact, communicate and share values at the same table while enjoying a Ramadan dinner at the time of iftar (fast-breaking).

3 Days, Friday, March 31 / Sunday, April 2
