Over the past two years, I have organized small fundraisers to help families inside Afghanistan who are struggling to survive during the month of Ramadan. With the support of kind and generous people, I was able to provide food and basic necessities to families in need. Every contribution made a real difference. We were able to support households of seven or more people with food and essential supplies for an entire month. Food was distributed directly to families, and the impact was real and immediate, easing hardship and bringing relief during a difficult time.
Today, the situation in Afghanistan is even more heartbreaking. The economy has collapsed and has remained unstable for years. Jobs are extremely scarce, prices continue to rise, and many families do not have enough food to eat. These are not just numbers or headlines; these are real families, real lives, and real people living under constant pressure. Even small amounts of support can make a meaningful difference. The local currency has very limited value, and basic food costs have become overwhelming for most households. Even families with a monthly income struggle to meet basic needs, and for those without stable jobs or anyone able to work, survival becomes extremely difficult. The emotional and physical burden is constant and exhausting.
This fundraiser is focused on direct help during the month of Ramadan. Ramadan is not only about fasting and prayer; it is about compassion, generosity, and standing with those who are struggling. Donations will be delivered through trusted local contacts inside Afghanistan to purchase essential food items such as rice, flour, oil, beans, and other necessities. I am not affiliated with any organization. This is a personal, grassroots effort rooted in trust, transparency, and care, one human helping another. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing. Even the smallest support can help feed a family.
