Ramadan Kareem (Blessed Ramadan) –

Ramadan is usually the season of blessings, abundance, family, community, love and sharing.

Just imagine a community that has lost all of that and more!! Imagine how our people in Gaza feel at this time. Over 5 months of war and a dire, urgent situation created by a choking siege on everything necessary for life . Barely nothing comes into Gaza. This has left over 2.2 million people with barely any food or water.

ANERA is one of few remaining organizations actively working on the ground in Gaza. They are doing their best to distribute food through their 13 community kitchens on location.
