Hello, for those who don’t know me, my name is Emma and I’m the proud mum of my sausage dog Ralph.
Over Christmas time Ralph has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of tonsillar cancer called Squamous Cell Carcinoma.
On Christmas Eve, Ralph underwent 3 hour surgery to remove his tonsil, the tonsil tumour and 95% of his lymph node of which it had spread to.
As he recovers from his major surgery we are awaiting a referral to start his treatment to prolong his life as much as possible and to hopefully make him ‘cancer free’.
It is likely he will need radiotherapy and chemotherapy to fully fight this.
As we all know this can be a costly treatment. I have already used Ralph’s annual insurance amount on his life saving operation on Christmas Eve and am now asking for help to fund the next stage in his treatment.
ALL money raised will go towards Ralph’s treatment plan and any associated costs as it is likely he will have to travel to a hospital with the best equipment which is 100+ miles from our home.
I know some of you know Ralph and some may not, but he is only 6 years old and I am going to give him the best shot at recovery so he can live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Any donation you can spare, great or small would be appreciated beyond measure. I know times are tough, especially around Christmas, so even if you can only share this wider with friends and family, it is appreciated all the same.
Thank you for taking the time to read.
Emma and Ralph x
