Hello there! Our names are Amanda and Ricky. We’re trying to get some help for Jen and Ralph. Ralph has mesothelioma, which is a terminal form of cancer. After six rounds of chemo, they received good news that it was shrinking the tumors, but three weeks later he had a heart attack.

In addition to this, he has also been hospitalized for severely low platelet counts. On Wednesday, he was admitted for kidney issues due to complications with the chemotherapy; giving him chronic stomach issues, loss of appetite and severe dehydration.

Due to all of these health issues, Ralph is unable to work his job at the moment. Jen is a full-time teacher with Head Start that has used all of her PTO. She does not get paid for time off while he’s in the hospital, or when she needs to be at home, caring for him. As expected, the bills have started to add up causing financial distress.

We’re trying to alleviate some of that stress while allowing them to spend the most time that they can with one another. Any amount helps and if you are unable to help financially, prayers are always and greatly appreciated.
