Ralphie’s Battle Against Brain Cancer

Ralph or “Ralphie” as he’s lovingly called by those who know him best and throughout the community, was diagnosed in September 2011 with a Glioblastoma Brain tumor. He has battled this awful disease daily since the diagnosis, enduring multiple rounds of chemotherapy and participating in trials to keep the tumor from growing. All while fighting this battle he continues to smile and stay positive.
He loved working at the local pizzeria, unfortunately he has needed to resign from this position, and would greet everyone with a friendly “what’s up” and a huge smile. On his daily walks through town you’d see him smile and wave or hear cars beeping as they drove past him; he is truly loved by everyone in our small town.
He is a diehard Buffalo Bills fan and the team has helped him power through some of his most challenging days. Ralphie and his loving wife Michelle never want to ask for help and prefer to give back to others however we are asking the Buffalo community to rally to support him now when he needs it most.
