Support Ralph Godbold's Recovery

Dianne, Hannah and Katelyn have asked for everyone's prayers and know that is what Ralph needs most. Many have asked how you can contribute. The funds raised will go to medical costs and general support as the family binds together to be at Duke with Ralph during his current medical battle.
Ralph began having trouble breathing at the end of August. After visiting his doctor and following the treatment given, he was not getting better. Ralph was admitted to Cape Fear Valley Hospital but still declined. After several days, he was admitted to ICU. It was soon thought best that he be transferred to Duke Hospital in Durham. He has remained in ICU there since he was transferred.
Ralph is heavily sedated and on many life assisting machines while his body fights to recover.
As you know, the Godbold family, headed by Ralph, is a very close family, Dianne has been by his side 24/7. She has not left his side while at either Cape Fear Valley or Duke.
Ralph has always worked very hard to provide for his family, but at this time, it is not possible.
Dianne is self employed and not been able to work for weeks now. We can join behind her, as her friends, to help her to not worry about finances while she is fighting with Ralph.
His two daughters, Hannah and Katelyn, between their jobs, Katelyn's school, and trying to check on their home in Fayetteville, are traveling back and forth, and staying at Duke when they are able. They have spent many nights in the ICU waiting area. The traveling expenses back and forth, parking, meals, and missing days of their jobs are adding up too. We can help these young adult girls know we love them and support their efforts to be there with their father and support their mother.
The doctors have not been able to determine a cause as of yet. They do know Ralph is very, very sick. They have said this is going to be a very long road. Once he does begin to recover, there will be months of rehab.
With mounting bills, they need all of us to join behind them and show our support. Any amount is appreciated. The family knows the power of prayer and asks that you continue to pray.
Pray the Great Physician can do His work and that His Healing Hand touch Ralph and all the healing glory be His. Pray for comfort and strength as the Godbold family fights together for Ralph.
