I am going to go to Dallas on the 26th to prepare for my transplant surgery that will take place on October the third. I feel very fortunate that God and my fantastic donor, Rosie Vaelasquez, have given me this gift. However, the costs associated with the surgery, along with medical bills and the ongoing care I'll require during recovery, are substantial. I find myself in a situation where I need assistance to make this journey possible.
