Rallying for Rich

Hi everyone! We are a group of Beth’s friends and neighbors looking to show our support and raise some funds along the way. This is a wonderful family who we have grown to love, and who now NEED OUR HELP. Rich Watkins has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and is undergoing aggressive treatment both here locally at Geisinger, and in Philadelphia at Fox Chase Hospital. Our next step in treatment is the Stem Cell Transplant next month. Simply put, medical bills, travel and daily expenses are piling up which is further adding to this stressful time.

Rich is temporarily unable to work as his treatment is very aggressive. He is a wonderful father to 2 beautiful children, Emma and Connor, a caring husband to Beth, and a great friend. Emma is in middle school and active with friends and soccer! Connor attends Abington High School and is proudly involved in the band. Rich is there for the ones he loves, very kind-hearted and would give the shirt off his back.

We are working on a family-friendly event to be held at a local park later this summer. Stay tuned!
