On Friday, June 20th, we got the kind of phone call no child ever wants to receive: Our dad was in a serious motorcycle accident.
He and the love of his life, Mandy, were riding to Eureka Springs when the back tire of his Harley-Davidson blew—through no fault of his own. They were on the highway, obeying the speed limit, when both were thrown from the bike at high velocity.
Our dad sustained significant injuries and will be unable to work for at least two months, likely longer. As a small business owner, no work means no income. If you know our dad, you know: He has the gift of gab. He loves making connections with people.
