Help Support Allie on Her Long Journey to Healing

Our dear Allie, one of the kindest souls you could ever meet, and a devoted, hardworking, daughter, sister, friend, wife, and most importantly mom to three young boys, has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. While that may already be a shock for many to hear, this difficult journey has become even more complex due to a rare and serious medical complication suddenly landing her in the ICU ahead of her scheduled surgery. She now faces an extended road of hospital care, surgery, and eventually the chemotherapy and radiation her body needs to fight her battle with cancer.

All of this is taking place at the best hospitals in New York City. However, this means she’s far from her home in Myrtle Beach, where her family and little ones are rooted. While insurance will help cover some of her treatment, so many parts of this journey demands far beyond this coverage. The frequent travel, time away from her children, and the mounting out of pocket expenses will surely add up. With Allie unable to go back to work, I’m turning to her village for help.

Allie has always been the one who shows up for others with unwavering kindness, strength, and a warm heart. Now it’s our turn to show up for her. We are rallying around Allie to provide some ease, relief, and stability so she can focus entirely on healing.
