It is with great sadness that I share of Andrew’s passing, our dear friend. He took his last breath on Friday, January 9th, at 10:15pm with Thuy by his side. He went peacefully as God called upon him to Heaven.
Andrew was surrounded by loved ones in his final moments. The never ending love and support from family, friends, and the nursing staff during his most trying time is truly a testament to who Andrew was.
His kindness, light heartedness, humor, and wisdom captured everyone’s hearts the moment they met him. He even made plans to hang out with some of the staff when it was all over.
We are all so truly blessed to have known and loved him. Please keep Maia and Evan in your prayers as they navigate this new world without the best dad in the world.
Enduring the loss of dear Andrew will not be easy, but the family is strong with God at their side and find comfort in knowing that Andrew will always be there as their beloved angel.
I love you Andrew, forever.
-Thuy Fan, his loving wife (beneficiary of this fundraiser)
----------
Andrew, loving dad and husband, was diagnosed with lymphoma in the later half of 2025. The cancer and effects on his body brought extended hospital stays, a hard fought battle and challenges that no family should have to face alone.
The Fans have always been the first to show up for others, and now it’s our turn. We’re rallying around them to make sure they feel supported, loved, and never alone in this. Funds will go toward food, household needs, and giving them some breathing room during this difficult time.
Your kindness—whether through donating or sharing—will make a meaningful difference. Thank you for being part of their village.
