Ruben Serrano was a hardworking and devoted family man who touched the lives of many in his circle. He worked as a truck driver for Ralphs Grocery Store for over 20 years and was a proud member of Teamsters Local Union #848. The youngest of six siblings, Ruben grew up in Compton, California, and later built a beautiful life with Doris, his wife of 28 years. Together, they created a home for their children in South Gate, CA, where family was always at the center of everything he did. Ruben is a proud dad to three boys, Denis, Albert, and Andrew. His love for them has always been constant, and he's shown it through his support, care, and dedication in every way he's known how.

Ruben has had a deep passion for classic cars, motorcycles, welding, and music—especially oldies, freestyle, hip-hop, and rap. He was also a former member of the Dukes and Street Style car clubs, where he built lasting friendships through his love of classic cars. He was also a long-time loyal Dodgers fan and loved sharing his interests with friends and family. His outgoing personality, generosity, and love for people made him someone who will never be forgotten.

Due to an aggressive terminal illness, Ruben and his family are going through an extremely difficult period. This fundraiser has been created to provide support for his wife and children during this very emotionally and financially challenging time.
