At just 11 years old, Jack Hayes is facing the toughest battle of his life — a fight against ALL leukemia. But if there’s one thing everyone who knows Jack can agree on, it’s that he is one of the toughest, most caring, and hardest working kids you could ever meet.

Jack is more than a classmate and teammate — he’s family to so many in our community. Whether it’s on the lacrosse field, football field, basketball court, in the classroom, or surrounded by friends and family, Jack brings energy, determination, kindness, and a smile that lifts everyone around him. He is an incredible athlete, a dedicated student, and someone who genuinely cares deeply for the people in his life. He approaches everything he does with heart, toughness, and positivity.

Now it’s our turn to be there for him.

As the Hayes family begins this difficult journey, we are coming together to help support them with the overwhelming medical expenses, hospital visits, treatment costs, and time away from work that come with fighting leukemia.
