Rally for Kristen: Restore Her Home and Spirit

Our dear friend Kristen Cosgrove Weston, a breast cancer survivor and warrior, is facing yet another battle, and this time, it’s one we can help her win.

In the early morning of September 27, the city of Augusta, GA was devastated by the wrath of Hurricane Helene. Kristen’s home was directly in the path, and multiple trees fell on her house, causing significant damage. The weight of this disaster has been immense, both physically and emotionally. Without immediate removal of the trees, Kristen will be unable to make the necessary repairs to protect it from further damage. To make matters worse, her mounting medical bills from ongoing treatments are becoming overwhelming.

Kristen needs $7,500 urgently to have the trees removed and her home secured with a tarp, allowing her to stay in her home and begin the repair process. This is in addition to the increasing financial strain from her medical treatments. She is in a situation where every hour counts.

For years, Kristen has been the rock we all relied on, always placing her friends, family, and community above her own needs. In the midst of her cancer treatments, she never wavered in her faith and continued to uplift those around her. Whether through her warm presence, her kind words, or her unwavering support, Kristen has touched so many lives.

Now, in her greatest time of need, it’s time we rally around her.
