What happens when a health disaster strikes a hard-working self-employed father of two?
You find a family in an emergency.
Over the holidays our dear friend Robert/Bob Ambis was admitted to the ICU with pancreatitis. Complications with his diabetes mean this is a life-threatening situation for Robert. His doctors have said they are "guardedly more positive" but he will need to remain in the hospital for the next couple of months to try and get help for his organs to recover.
The Ambis Family work hard to make ends meet. With Robert being unable to provide for his family the start of 2018 looks dark.
Please give what you can. We understand everyone's belts have been tightened after the holidays but we all have something left to share to help keep this family from falling on hard times.
Robert's work ethic means his contracting company currently has a full docket of jobs to complete. His loyal employees are going to try and complete the work and keep the business going; this will hopefully mean a job for Robert to come back to when he is better but no income for his family in the meantime.
Robert is the type of person who would give anyone the shirt off his back. He has been a support for so many people - his employees, his customers, his family, and friends. It's time for us to help support him.
