Who doesn’t love a good coach?? Football, track, and weightlifting is all this man does, not to mention raise 3 beautiful children with his amazing wife, Mallory! Coach Justin Dye has been through so much in the last 5 years… and they need our help!!! I know our community can come together for this family, who both work in our school district!!

Coach Dye has been on a roller coaster of health battles the last 5 years and can’t seem to catch a break.

in September of 2021 he was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis and underwent a 20 hour brain surgery to remove the tumor. He will have to have yearly MRIs to check for tumors from here on out. He was out of work for a long time with that. In and out of the hospital.

Then, in December, he had an emergency appendectomy which led to a stomach infection, his brain shunt being infected, and a removal of it! In and out of the hospital from December to February, once again!

Then another health battle. In May his hand was crushed while spotting a student. Necrotising Fasciitis set up in his hand all the way to his elbow. Back to the hospital from May 29-June 13, and now he is back in the hospital, again. He has had 9 surgeries on his hand and 1 finger, so far, amputated, but it’s not over because the doctors do not know if the whole hand will have to be removed or not. And let me tell you, if you were to see his hand, it would break your heart!

So, let’s rally together to help this family!!!
