On Friday November 29th my Dad, Vance Monnot, suffered a catastrophic heart attack. It destroyed his heart but by a miracle he survived air transport and has been placed on a heart/lung machine at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.

Because Vance is otherwise healthy, he is going through the process of qualifying for a heart transplant. This is great news except that it comes with huge financial costs. He is the type of person who always does everything he can to help others but now he is the one who needs our help.
