Troy Berry is more than just a talented finish carpenter at M² Construction—he’s a devoted father to two sons, a dependable co-worker, and a beloved brother. For over a decade, Troy has worked side by side with his brother Brian, building homes and helping families shape their dreams, all while providing for his own with pride and purpose.

But over the past two years, Troy has faced a series of debilitating health issues that have landed him in and out of the hospital. Despite his determination to stay strong for his family, his condition has now reached a point where he’s unable to continue working, and it is uncertain when he may be able to return.
