So many know in the mx community some don't. One of our fellow riders had a terrible accident an is in pretty bad shape! Tristan Cecelic was on the last lap of his moto when the tragic accident happened. Hopefully we as a whole moto family can raise money for him an his family to help cover some costly medical bills!! Tristan is one of the most polite an nicest kid you'll ever meet!! Always respectful an kind to everyone!!

He is still in critical condition and is still in the surgical ICU. With the list of injuries he has he will be here in the hospital for atleast a month but maybe longer depending on him. He is suffering from 3 skull fractures, a minor brain bleed, multiple facial fractures, a fractured C7 which is in your neck, severely bruised lungs, a pneumothorax on his left lung (air around the lung) which he has a chest tube in for, he also has a crushed femur. His femur is broke in two places, the first being just broke straight through by the top of his leg close to the hip and then his other more complicated break is above his knee the bone was smashed, the doctors described it as taking a sledge hammer to his leg. On Sunday they went in and did the first surgery on his femur and were able to put the rod in and two screws in the top break and put an outer stabilizer to try to secure that break. We were inforned this morning that they will go back in tomorrow to fix the bottom break which will take up to 4 hours, maybe more. We were also told yesterday that he will NOT need surgery for his skull fractures, facial fractures, or his brain bleed, the surgeons said that those injuries should heal on their own!! As of right now we wont know if he will need surgery on his right eye or right ear until he wakes up. With all of his injuries his road to recovery will be very long and tough. His leg alone will take around 8 months to a year to get back to where he was. So lets pull together an find it in your hearts to help the family out!
