Support for Tommy Janes’ Heart Transplant Journey

Tommy Janes is a true warrior. As a toddler, he beat the odds and survived a devastating cancer diagnosis. A childhood spent enduring countless rounds of chemotherapy left lasting effects on his body—and now, as a young man of 22, Tommy is facing his biggest battle yet: he needs a heart transplant.

Tommy’s mom, Kim James, is the heart of their family. A devoted single mother, she has poured every ounce of love and strength into raising her children. Kim recently transitioned into a new job and, like so many in her position, is now facing the overwhelming financial burden that comes with a major medical crisis. With Tommy hospitalized and unable to work, the family needs support covering medical co-pays, travel, daily living expenses, and time away from work.
