Rally for Tito Tomas: Building a Road to Recovery

I'm Tomas Apollo Bacala's niece. If you haven't heard, my Tito Tomas (a.k.a. Apollo) was not heard from for at least 4 days. He suffered from a ruptured aneurysm while he was alone, and that caused hemorrhaging and hydrocephalus. His siblings found him alive, but under extremely tenuous circumstances. After emergency surgery and care in the ICU, he is recovering under the care of wonderful medical professionals and the support of his family and friends. How well he will recover is unknown at this time.

Currently, we are attempting to piece together Tito Tomas' documentation and financial resources. As each day passes, we are unclear how long he will be receiving medical treatment or the ultimate cost of the medical care.

We are reaching out to family and friends in support of Tomas during this time of tribulation. A prayer or gift to help us continue to lift him up would help so much.

As many know, Tomas brings light and color into the world daily with his unique effervescence. Please help us continue to keep his spirit shining bright.
