Rally for Tim: Overcome Medical Challenges
Donation protected
Hi! I’m Janie Allen and Tim is my sister Natisha’s boyfriend. Tim and Mary came into our family almost 7 years ago and we have ALL loved them both since the day we met them.
On Thursday, April 24, 2025, Tim’s life changed as we all knew it. He called Natisha around 2:40 pm and said he was having a hard time breathing and that he was going to the hospital via ambulance.
Shortly after arrival at Kingwood HCA hospital, he went into cardiac arrest, meaning he coded. He was down for 5 minutes while doctors frantically tried to resuscitate him. Praise God they were able to bring him back. That being said, right now we do not know what tomorrow brings. We are waiting on the results from the EEG (brain wave test) to see what, if any, brain activity is there. We are hopeful. We are believers, and we are strong in our faith that God knows that Mary needs her daddy, Natisha loves Tim, and we want our friend.
Tim has been on 24-hour dialysis since his admittance Thursday night.
Yesterday they stopped all sedation medication and at this point, he is on antibiotics, heparin (an ultrasound of his legs revealed multiple blood clots in his legs), and insulin as needed. He has run a fever but as of today, it was gone.
So now we wait. We wait, we pray, and we pray and wait some more. God knows our needs.
Tim is and has always been an amazing father to Mary. The love they have for each other is no doubt one many children never know from their father. As many of you know, Tim was and is momma and daddy both to Mary since she was a very little baby.
Tim has no medical insurance. He will be out of work for an extended length of time. We have no idea what his future brings right now. I am asking if you can, PLEASE donate to help with medical bills, medical needs, his rent, and other bills that we all know will continue to come in despite him not having any income coming in.
Tim appears to be taking baby steps forward. He is able to move his legs, but as of today, no upper body movement.
Mary messaged us earlier that he opened his eyes briefly tonight.
Tim has a very long road ahead and hopefully tomorrow we will get good news from the EEG test.
If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to me 24/7.
Tim is such a good man and he needs us at this time. He needs our prayers and he needs our financial support.
