This account was created to help raise funds for the Coria family. As many of you know, my dad, Luis was hospitalized on Easter Sunday. He unfortunately had a cardiac event that required him to be airlifted from Providence straight to the ICU at UW Montlake. He has undergone several invasive procedures that thankfully have gotten him to a more stable spot. While he has made it through this, the future is still uncertain. My dad suffered a few strokes that will most likely require long term rehabilitation/physical therapy, in addition to needing dialysis.

My Dad has always been the main provider for our family. This medical emergency has placed us in financial strain. We still don't know when he will be discharged from the hospital. We are hopeful that in time, he will be able to move on his own and speak again. We want to thank those of you who have reached out and kept our family in your prayers. I would also like to thank those of you who have stopped in to say Hi, and gave my Dad words of encouragement.

Esta cuenta es para recaudar fondos para la familia Coria. Como muchos saben, mi papá, Luis, fue hospitalizado el Domingo de Pascua. Desafortunadamente, sufrió un evento cardíaco que requirió su traslado aéreo desde Providence directamente al ICU de UW Montlake. Se ha sometido a varios procedimientos invasivos que, afortunadamente, lo han llevado a una situación más estable. Si bien ha superado esto, el futuro aún es incierto. Mi papá sufrió varios derrames cerebrales que probablemente requerirán rehabilitación/fisioterapia a largo plazo, además de diálisis.

Mi papá siempre ha sido el principal proveedor de nuestra familia. Esta emergencia médica nos ha puesto en una situación financiera difícil. Aún no sabemos cuándo le darán el alta del hospital. Esperamos que, con el tiempo, pueda moverse por sí solo y volver a hablar. Queremos agradecer a quienes nos han contactado y han tenido a nuestra familia en sus oraciones. También quiero agradecer a quienes se acercaron a saludar y le dieron palabras de aliento a mi papá.
