On July 16th, 2025, Taylor Marks (my fiancé's sister) was struck by a vehicle while rollerblading in an apparent hit and run. Since then, she has been hospitalized. A lesion was seen on her brain in a scan following the accident. Her doctors are so concerned about the abnormal scan that she is scheduled for surgery to get a biopsy of the brain lesion on Monday, 7/21. She has been suffering from headaches and memory problems as well.

Taylor is a single mother of 4, and only a month and a half away from graduating college. Due to the uncertain nature of her condition, she doesn't know what she may be facing, but has already lost necessary income to sustain her family. The driver who hit her has not been identified, and we are unsure what insurance will cover in this situation.

I have personally had the pleasure of caring for her children while they were visiting this summer. They are great kids and deserve stability while their mother is going through this. We are looking to fund her for any expenses she has at this time, including medical bills, rent, childcare, food, and necessities.
