Hello, My name is Taren Cawley. I am a mother of three beautiful children, Caden, Aurora and Jax. I recently had an epileptic seizure which left me in a coma and landed me in the hospital for a few weeks. Soon after being discharged, I began to experience breathing problems at home. I had to go back to the hospital and the Doctors found a mass in my throat and now have a tracheotomy, I had developed Dysphoria & Dysphagia as a result of being intubated during my last stay. After having been seen by the ENT specialist it was also revealed that I have an ulceration as well as paralysis of my throat.

I am Currently at Allegheny General Hospital after experiencing several more seizures. The good news is that the mass is not cancer- Although I am relieved it is not cancer, this experience has taken a tremendous toll on me mentally, physically, spiritually and financially. There are many questions left unanswered and I am left in the dark as to when I will be discharged from the hospital and the cleared to work. They have taken my driving privileges away so I have lost my job with Amazon. I am still in shock and unsure what to do next but as I am healing, I am taking everything one day at a time.

I am very grateful for the support I have received from my Family, Friends, Gamers etc. You have all given me hope in one of my darkest hours, and most uncertain times.
