Rally for Susan's Critical Dental Care

My mother, Susan Diaz, has an abscessed tooth that needs to be removed. Her Medicare insurance unfortunately does not cover dental. She also has several conditions which make removing the tooth complicated for dental professionals and it is likely that she will need to have it done under anesthesia by an oral surgeon. She has a neurological involuntary movement disorder called Dystonia, which prevents her from being able to stop her head, neck, and body from moving, as a well as being on an oxygen machine due to her scoliosis which has cause her rib to press down on her lung. The tooth has been infected for a couple of years and is now causing swelling and sever pain, and at this stage the infection has likely eaten through the bone in her jaw which leaves her vulnerable to sepsis. Our family is heartbroken and we hope that friends and family will consider donating to this fundraiser to help keep our beloved mother, sister, cousin, and friend receive life saving care. Every donation, no matter how small, means the world to our family during this very trying time and we thank you for reading Susan's story.
