For anyone who knows Stuart Yolton, they know he's the kind of person who is always willing to help others. Since joining Nashville Motos as a BMW Master Technician in July of 2019, Stuart has become a valued member of our team, a trusted expert, and a friend to so many within our riding community.
On Saturday, June 6th, after putting in a full day of work, Stuart headed to the Columbia Aquatics & Recreation Center with friends and co-workers Logan and Charlie, along with Jayde and Logan's wife Autumn, for an afternoon of mountain biking. After several hours of riding, they were making their final run of the day when everything changed in an instant. Stuart was thrown over the handlebars of his mountain bike in a devastating crash that shattered his helmet upon impact. Thankfully, the helmet did exactly what it was designed to do and likely saved his life. Stuart remained conscious after the accident, but the injuries he sustained were severe. He suffered fractures to his C6 and C7 vertebrae, T12, and L3, along with 14 broken ribs. That same night, Stuart underwent six hours of surgery and spent the next four days in the Intensive Care Unit. While he has now been transferred to a regular hospital room, he still faces a long and difficult recovery ahead. Doctors expect that Stuart will be unable to work for several months as he focuses on healing and rehabilitation.
As difficult as this journey will be, there is one thing Stuart remains absolutely determined about. On December 10, 2025, Stuart proposed to his best friend and the love of his life, Jayde. The couple has been together since December 10, 2014, and they are planning to be married on August 15, 2026. When asked whether they might need to postpone the wedding, Stuart simply held Jayde's hand and said, "I will be at our wedding." That is the spirit of the man we all know and love.
Today, we are asking our incredible riding community, friends, family, customers, and supporters to rally around Stuart and Jayde during this challenging time. Your donation will help ease the financial burden of medical expenses, lost income, rehabilitation costs, and the many unexpected challenges that come with a life-changing injury. To show just how much Stuart means to all of us, Nashville Motos owner Brent Brown has committed to matching donations dollar-for-dollar up to a generous amount. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference and help Stuart focus on what matters most: healing, recovering, and walking down the aisle to marry the love of his life.
Please consider donating, sharing this fundraiser, and keeping Stuart and Jayde in your thoughts and prayers. Let's rally together for Stuart and show him the strength of the community that stands behind him.
