Rally for Stevie's Urgent Surgery Needs

I want to preface this go fund me by saying PLEASE DO NOT TELL EVE. She could not be more stressed out and upset, and she might actually kill me if she knows I made a go fund me, but while I can sort of float what has happened, she cannot:

Stevie came home with me from the OKC shows last week. The plan was to breed her here in AZ and whelp and raise the litter here. She was acting “off” before I brought her home but nothing too concerning and could be explained easily. She has done ok this week, but yesterday (07/04) when I got off work and got home around 7:30 pm she started crashing. She had no appetite for a while but her fever crept up to 105.7. Lethargy, soreness, just not great.

After spending most of the night at the ER on the 4th of July we determined she either has a very extreme and early onset pyometra which an emergency spay will hopefully fix.

The alternative is much worse and I don’t really want to discuss.

I have already fronted just shy of $7,000 to keep Stevie alive for the last 24 hours. Eve is working on arrangements but this will seriously alter a lot of things for her for many years to come.

Any donations will go directly towards her vet bills. We are currently waiting for full body CTs. I am happy to send any and all records to anyone inquiring.
