Rally for Sandy: Aid Sadie's Surgery Expenses

I’ve created this GoFundMe for someone we all know very well. Sandy has been an integral part of our flying community, she is our driver, our friend, our baker, party host, photo and videographer, and so much more! She’s is our flying family! Many of us would feel lost without her.

Last Friday while loading up the van with gear and pilots, Sandy looked a bit frazzled and distraught. I asked her what was wrong and she almost broke into tears. She told me that her beloved pup, “Sadie”, was seriously injured recently and she would require expensive surgery to fix her broken leg. The consultation and surgery is scheduled for Thursday, July 17th, 2025.

Knowing that Sandy has far too much on her plate with her health, family and recent van issues (exhaust leak) as it is, I couldn’t not try to help. I wish I could pay the full surgery bill for Sadie, but I can’t, so I thought maybe some of us would be able to contribute some money toward the surgery bill and help her out.

If you can, please send a few dollars her way so that Sadie can be made whole again and Sandy can have peace of mind, not having to worry about paying thousands of dollars she simply cannot afford to spend. She loves her pups and would spend that money to save them, but hopefully she won’t have to with our help.
