Our dear friend and colleague, Ruben, was brutally assaulted in New York City while out with friends on Wednesday, September 11th, and has since been in the ICU. Due to his assault, he has been left with significant injuries including a traumatic brain injury and fractured skull. To go through the physical pain is hard enough, so we are rallying together to assist him in whatever other ways we can. When Ruben is released from the hospital, he will need help with meals, daily living expenses, as well as support for his medical bills.

Ruben is a valued member of our community, and seeing him go through something like this has shaken us all. We hope you feel inclined to help out by donating whatever you can.
