Our hearts are broken by the loss of Barb Scott, a truly amazing woman. In 2019 Barb was diagnosed with COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), a lung disease that makes it difficult to breath. She was such a inspiration to all through her duration of her battle with this disease. During this time, she was in and out of the hospital multiple times, but remained extremely tough throughout this difficult time. Unfortunately, she succumbed to her illness March 26th in Champaign Hospital surrounded by her Husband Robert, and her four sons, Dylan (Emily), Adam (Cristina), Tony, and Brian. Medical bills have piled up and we are asking for help for her husband Robert, who now has the responsibility and hardship of paying off these bills while being retired.

Barb had tons of great qualities: she was extremely kind, compassionate and gave unwavering support. People took great comfort in her presence because of her heartwarming personality. She valued her family and in doing so spent most her free time surrounded by those she loved or listening to music. One of Robert's favorite memories of Barb was a recent trip to Myrtle Beach with his wife and her best friend, Karen. These are the just a glimpse of the precious memories she leaves behind for those that had the blessing of knowing her . She absolutely loved having all her family together laughing and celebrating life. She loved spoiling her Grandbaby Elena.
