Let’s help Robby Kick this Brain Tumor’s Ass

Hey everyone, I’m Joel, and I’m starting this fundraiser on behalf of one of our favorite humans. He’s totally original, impossible to replace, a softie to his core; a dad, a son, a cousin, and a best friend to a whole lot of us. He’s a single dad and right now, he’s facing one of the biggest challenges of his life — he needs our help

After experiencing many seizures, Robby went in for an MRI and was diagnosed with a very large brain tumor on his right frontal lobe that could be cancerous.

On July 10th Robby goes in for surgery at UofM under the care of one of their #1 surgeons. He feels confident he can help him and Robby really clicked with him. I know, shocker.

He’ll remain in the hospital for four days and then will be sent home as long as there’s no complications. The doctor also won’t know more until after the surgery.

Between doctor visits, scans, treatment plans, and everything else that comes with a diagnosis like this, the bills are going to start piling up fast. On top of that, he’s traveling back and forth for appointments, trying to pay his bills, keep food on the table and staying strong for his kids.

We’re hoping to raise funds to help cover:

• Medical expenses not covered by insurance

• Travel and lodging for treatments

• Lost income during recovery

• Day-to-day bills like rent, utilities, and groceries

If you know Robby you know he is the kind of person who tries to make everyone laugh. He’s got the best of friends. His family loves him. Let’s show up for him.
