Our dear friend and coworker, Ricardo Calderon, was recently involved in an unfortunate accident while traveling to work. As he was turning into a busy intersection he was struck by a car that had ran a red light. All that he remembers is making a left turn and then he woke up in the hospital. The impact was so severe that Ricardo had to be airlifted to the hospital, where he remains in recovery and is facing a long, difficult road ahead.

Ricardo is a highly skilled aircraft paint technician and a deeply valued member of our team. He’s also the primary provider for his family — a role he fills with pride and dedication. With him now unable to work, his loved ones are under immense emotional and financial pressure.

Despite the seriousness of his injuries, Ricardo is awake, talking, and in remarkably good spirits, but his recovery will take time, and his family needs support to get through this.
