Rally for Reece: Supporting our Friend Christina!

Dear friends, family, and well-wishers,

We write to you today on behalf of our friend, Christina Reece, a warrior in every sense of the word.

As most know, Christina has been battling Stage 4 Metastatic breast cancer for five long years. In those five years, the cancer has spread to her Liver, skeletal system and recently, to her brain. She has undergone nine surgeries, countless rounds of experimental chemotherapy trials and, most recently, arm and whole head radiation.

Despite her determination, the consequences of these intense interventions have necessitated a stall in her treatment; her lab counts are just too low recently to undergo another harsh round of chemo at the moment (hopefully this will change soon!).

One of the toughest challenges the Reece family faces today is the financial strain that Christina's battle with cancer has brought on. Christina’s condition has recently forced her to discontinue working and the Reece family is now confronted with mounting medical bills and living expenses.

They are a family that has always believed in self-reliance and has been hesitant to allow us to post this effort. We are happy they accepted because we know there are tons of people who love this family and who want to help!

We believe that in times of crisis, community support can serve as the most powerful medicine.

And so, we come to you today to ask for your assistance...

Our goal is to provide the Reece family with some financial relief, allowing them to focus their energies on Christina's health and their collective well-being. The funds raised will go toward alleviating their medical expenses, daily living costs, and ensuring they have the opportunity to make cherished family memories - such as a much-desired beach vacation, (The beach has always been Christina's haven of peace and tranquility).

This campaign is not just about raising funds; it's about showing the Reece family that they aren't alone. Christina has fought tirelessly for her family and for her life, and now it's our turn to fight for her. Every donation, big or small, brings us closer to our goal and sends a potent message of love, support, and communal solidarity.
