Dear friends and family,

Recently, while having a scan for an unrelated issue, a tumor was found in Skitlz’s left kidney. The unexpected diagnosis of Renal Cell Carcinoma has been a shock and not something anyone can prepare for.

Skitlz is scheduled to have surgery to remove the tumor and according to his physicians, he will most likely lose the kidney as well.

While Skitlz’s insurance will pay for some of the procedure and following hospital stay, the out of pocket costs are high. As of right now, it’s estimated that he’ll need to pay $7,000 to the various medical teams. This does not include any treatment that may be needed once surgery has been completed.

In addition, Skitlz will be out of work for at least 6 weeks following surgery, which will unfortunately lead to a larger financial hardship.

We’re asking for anything you’re able to give, to help him get through this difficult time.

Skitlz has a huge heart and is a wonderful person we all love. Hopefully we can raise enough funds to help shoulder the burden.
