Fighting cancer is hard. Fighting cancer and handling life's challenges is even harder. For five years, our friend, Ranae, has done both.

After finishing her fourth round of chemo (yes, I said fourth round) and finally going back to work, Ranae had hoped that her health was back on track. She was wrong. Unfortunately, on a routine follow-up, her specialists discovered that her cancer was back and had spread more aggressively throughout her body, requiring her to once again stop work for chemo treatment.

Over the past few months, Ranae has had to fight through sickness and hospitalizations, taking a toll on her physically, mentally, and financially. Her savings have been depleted, and her bills are starting to pile up.

What many do not know is that her living situation has changed drastically over the last few months. Ranae no longer has the financial stability of living with others and sharing the burden of rent and utility bills. At this point, Ranae is drowning financially.

If we can band together and lighten her load, she can concentrate on healing her body. We can't fight her cancer for her, but we can alleviate some of the financial strain she is feeling.
