Most of us got to know Raff inside the walls of WJPZ-FM on the campus of Syracuse University.  As Sports Director and then General Manager he helped guide the station, as well as help and inspire young budding broadcasters like myself.

It's time to provide that same type of help and inspiration to Raff and his family.

Medical issues will bring Raff to my neck of the woods quite often over the next year or so to receive treatment at the Cleveland Clinic.  I am calling upon the 'JPZ community to give what it can to help him and his family with all the requisite expenses they will incur.  Thus, the $8,910 goal.  Please give what you can to assist with travel, lodging, and other expenses.  And please share this with as many people that you can so that we can reach, and exceed, this goal.

This community has always been strong.  Let's strengthen it in this New Year.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
