Rally for Prokop Family After House Fire

My name is Breanna, the supervisor to Kate Prokop at Henry Ford (Ascension) Rochester. Our Intensive Care Unit (where Kate has worked for 12+ years) is starting a fundraiser for Kate and her family as they will face many hurdles in the immediate future.

Kate and Knoll Prokop were transported to Rochester Emergency Department after a devastating house fire. Their two beautiful children were fortunately not home when the fire occurred. However, four pets succumbed to the extensive fire. Both Kate and Knoll were transferred to a higher level of care in serious condition. For those who know Kate, she is the biggest blessing in the nursing field. Her entire life revolves around her two girls and being the best wife and mother to her wonderful family.

Details about the home condition are unknown at this time. However, no donation is too small. Anything you can donate will help as they will face many challenges over the next 12+ months. We are hoping family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers can help them in any way possible. A GoFundMe page has been started for Kate and her family.
