We are starting a Go Fund Me for Phoenix Payan who will be graduating Bel Air High School this year.

Phoenix was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy at the age of three years old. We our started Angels for Phoenix when he was first diagnosed to share his journey. He has endured a lifetime of challenges and difficulties, and has been wheelchair bound since of the age of 9 years old. The family travels frequently to Texas Children's Hospital in Austin and Houston TX for the medical care he deserves.

Phoenix will be undergoing a heart procedure in early June and will be traveling to Austin Texas. He needs to stay in the area for his procedure and follow up appointments for 3 to 4 weeks, or longer depending on his recovery. This time will be a very extended visit and we are asking for any assistance to help his parents, Jackie and Maurizio, with the medical and travel expenses they may occur during this trip. Jackie will also be taking a short leave of absence from work. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Please help us out by spreading the word to our family and friends. We really need your help!
