Rally for Phil: Easing Medical Worries Together

My name is Brian Baxter, and I'm the General Manager at Barkley Place. I have been here for just over two years, and I've had the pleasure of working with Phil for my entire time here.

It takes a special type of person to thrive in the industry of Senior Living because the little extra you tend to get most often is not a monetary bonus. The little extra you generally get is food for your soul that gives you a sense of pride not many others experience or can understand. When you spend just ten minutes out of your day just to listen to a resident about what happened last night, week, month, or year, the impact you can make in that moment can be monumental for many.

Phil has been a cornerstone of the community since the day he started and has poured his heart and soul into Barkley Place and all associated with the community. From the genuine smile to the random jokes and caring ear, Phil has been missed since his unexpected absence due to a serious medical issue.

I am reaching out to ask all those who have been affected by Phil or someone like Phil to show some love and thank him during his time of need. The goal I set will only put a dent in your medical expenses, but hopefully, we can take some of this worry away from you Phil!
