If you already know Lynette you love her and if you haven’t met her you’d love her!
With over a decade of philanthropic fundraising behind the chair for others it’s time for us to help one of our own. More than just a stylist at The Studio for Hair, Lynette is part of www.thestudioforhair.com our salon family. That’s why our team is asking for your help. Please give to our giver.
With or without insurance health care costs can become debilitating to a household income. Last fall Lynette found an unusual lump in her mouth that began a journey of countless doctor visits. These visits included X-rays, ultrasounds, and a cat scan that were all inconclusive. When local specialists concluded the mass had grown too big and too fast to be a salivary stone she was referred to U of M.
Last week the large lump was removed at U of M and found to be Salivary Cancer. Previously she had no signs of this or any other cancer. It was through her own intuition and advocacy that It was removed early enough to prevent spreading. We are so thankful for this.
She has been in a great deal of pain since the procedure and has missed income producing work due to the process. Many salon guests asked if there was a way to help which inspired this go fund me. Please help our girl Lynette with us.
