Supporting Nolan Robert Higgs After the Loss of His Mother Kelsey Marie Castle Higgs

On July 21, 2025, Kelsey Marie Castle Higgs entered eternal rest at the young age of 33. Kelsey leaves behind her beloved husband, Neal R. Higgs; her beautiful 7-year-old son, Nolan Robert Higgs; her father and mother, Marshall Scott Castle and Jody Fields Castle; her younger brother, Cody W. Castle; and his wife, Brittany Adcox Castle.

Kelsey loved her family, especially her most precious gift, Nolan, more than anything in the world. Before her life was unexpectedly cut short, Kelsey prepared to begin the new school year, where she would also be near her sweet boy Nolan and doing what she loved--teaching kids. A devoted mother and wife, Kelsey lit up every room into which she walked with her lively, goofy personality. She worked hard to provide Nolan with a good childhood, foster his education, and be present for every big and small moment of Nolan's life. Her passing has left an unimaginable void in all our lives, but especially Nolan's young life.

Only 7 years old, Nolan now faces a future without his loving mother. The purpose of this GoFundMe is to ensure Nolan receives the necessary care, emotional, and educational support, stability, and opportunities as he continues to grow--emotionally, educationally, physically, and spiritually. Any donation received, no matter the amount, will go directly to the Nolan Robert Higgs Trust at Chase Bank.
