It’s Toni... I’m starting a GoFundMe for my sister. She has had an eye issue in her right eye since September. She has not worked since September. She has no vision out of her right eye. She started eye drop treatments with Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami. 34 different drops into her eye every day, one of the drops costing $1700.00 per bottle. This has been going on since September, the costs being sky high. She went on short-term disability but has to pay for her insurance and gets paid a quarter of her salary. She had major eye surgery yesterday and had to wait until this morning for results. The surgery did not go our way. She is blind in her right eye. The surgeon says she has a long road ahead of her and many more surgeries. We are broken-hearted that she is going through all this. She is the kindest, most giving woman you would ever meet. All have been asking how they can help, so I set up this GoFundMe.
