Rally for Mom's Cancer Care Needs

We are raising money to help pay for our mom's cancer treatments. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

On February 25, 2025, we found out mom had a tumor in her left lung. After testing, we found out on March 18, 2025, mom was diagnosed with small-cell lung cancer. She has been told that it is a very aggressive and fast-growing type of cancer that is attracted to brain cell tissues, and that she has to start chemo and radiation treatments soon. If she doesn't do the treatments, the chemo doctor told her that she would not live 9 months due to the already rapid growth recorded in her tests. She will be undergoing 6 weeks of radiation treatments, 5 days a week. She will also be undergoing 3 days of chemotherapy every 3 weeks for 6 rounds, followed by a shot each time to boost her white blood cell count. That all being said, we need help to cover what her insurance through work doesn't cover.

The first hurdle is getting her port placed for the chemotherapy treatments. In order to have it placed, she has to come up with half of the cost of that, which is $1,350.05.

This is just the beginning of a very long road that we are praying for help to cover. Any assistance you can give will go towards the cancer treatments and related expenses.
