Hello,

May I introduce you to my beautiful & sweet niece Mary. She is a vibrant 17 yr old living in Westwood, NJ. Mary attends Westwood Regional High School & Bergen County Technical School (where she studies skin care). When Mary is not at school or studying her craft, she works at Chic Hair Salon in Emerson, NJ., where she brings smiles to both clients & coworkers.

In early April, Mary was diagnosed with ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIA (AML), a rare & aggressive form of leukemia that affects 1 in 100,000 people. Despite the shock & challenges ahead, Mary is facing this diagnosis with the same determination, grace & strength she brings to everything she does.

Mary is also a daughter, a sister, & a beloved cousin & granddaughter. She adores her sister Elizabeth & her parents, who are always by her side. Mary loves spending time with her dog Tucker & summers in Long Lake, NY, where she enjoys kayaking, canoeing & hiking in the Adirondack Mountains.

Mary's diagnosis has brought unexpected emotional & financial challenges to her family. To help ease the burden, we have created this fundraiser to raise awareness & support. Please help us rally around Mary & remind her and her family that they are not alone in this fight!
