Rally for Marlon Parris, Veteran and Father

Spende geschützt
On January 22, 2025, Marlon Parris, a US Army veteran, was ripped away from his wife, Tanisha, and seven children by ICE agents while running errands. Marlon was born in Trinidad. He came to America as a youth, joined the Army, and served in combat in Iraq after 9/11. Among the battle honors he's won, he received the Army Commendation Medal (3 times). After two tours, Marlon showed serious signs of PTSD and was discharged from the Army. Despite having some nonviolent legal problems shortly after his separation from active duty, Marlon was granted Limited Permanent Residency and a "Letter of No Interest" in 2016. A "Letter of No Interest" is an assurance/agreement that the government would NOT seek to deport him. Two days after the latest presidential inauguration, ICE violated that agreement.

The family is at a tremendous loss without Marlon, both emotionally and fiscally. Besides the responsibilities of being a father, Marlon ran the family business that helped support his loved ones. The family is suffering both losses.

Please help support this family through a horrible chapter in their lives. In addition to their normal fiscal responsibilities, this incident requires more legal machinations than they originally contracted for.

Marlon Parris had our "six," let's have his!

Please donate and share Marlon's story.
